We, the greater population, are in a state of cognitive dissonance.

As a Global collective we seem to have been sucked into a vacuum. Separate but connected in terrifyingly, mind numbing, similarity. Distant but close. While those close are distanced.

In 2022 its critical to regain control. The DECISION to change starts TODAY.

Tackling Depression, Anxiety, Anger, PAIN & Sleeplessness 1 moment, 1 hour, 1 day at a time.

To be able to function we need to possess a sense of control. When our environment and circumstances seem insurmountable, our motivation and wellbeing spirals into the abyss.

While we remain in denial of our true state we spin headfirst in a downward trajectory.

Add the sudden inability in 2020-2021 to build your Business, earn an income or make enough money. As separation anxiety from family, friends & all that is familiar sets in.

Two weeks to flatten the curve has extended to years.

Aged care deaths & youth suicide statistics surge. The closer to home horrors of hearing loved ones mentioning they couldn’t decide whether to hang themselves or slash their wrists. But they’re ok now? Gives little relief.

The distance apart making it impossible to do anything tangible. So the virus of dread becomes the invisible burden of this so called new normal.

The threat of being muzzled or abused for not complying, incomprehensible to those who have difficulty breathing already.

If this isn’t enough to cope with. There are mounting stories of unscrupulous operators relieving consumers from hard earned, rainy day funds. Knowing we are in a depressive state. And it becomes overwhelming, all consuming, paralyzing when no remedy can be found, despite your best efforts.

Are they aware of the irreparable damage caused to an already vulnerable community?

As the reality “Accountability appears to be an old fashion notion” sets in.

I knew if I didn’t turn this state around I was staring down the barrel of a very dark existence.

My search begins

So I began researching options for depression, anxiety & stress and how to navigate through my isolation and lose of drive.

Beyond the fear and hopelessness I was experiencing, I was dwelling on how to help my family– trapped in lockdown, already reeling from life, 100’s of miles away, across closed borders.

I was extremely concerned about them & my own growing hopelessness and lack of resources. Then I found a video that offered an incredible shift for me.

Tony had suffered the loss of his wife to suicide. After many traumatic years riddled with mental illness conditions including bipolar.

Followed by violent threats from his son who was also lost in the depths of mental health despair. His incredible journey to set his family free from the dark side of our human psyche, was the missing link I needed.

For someone, like me, who didn’t want to take prescription anti-depressant medication. My issues were external attacks and my genuine fear of dulling my senses further caused anxiety, due to my need to be alert to feel safer.

Improved health was a much better prospect and something to work on.

Dare we venture beyond just existing?

After disappointment with other products I tried the Empowerplus bundle. The brain drain, chatter, fog and smog I carried was miraculously lifting. After a few weeks I was thinking! Not only was I thinking … the constant pressure and threat of a migraine or instant headache seemed to be lifting, clearing somehow.

But most relevant to me, beside rebuilding cognitively, was the option to use this experience and progression, no matter how slow, to change my position.

Improved health was a much better prospect and something to work on.

I ticked off all the reasons I couldn’t. My isolation, fear, lack of network, trapped, broken, depressed, shame. But still I decided to “plug in” when I could.

Watching an online video here, join an intro session there, accept requests to join Facebook groups etc. If nothing else I was learning something, that hopefully, I could retain. Even with my video off & audio muted on a zoom presentation, it was a form of reaching out to the land of the living.

Pushing through resistance!

Despite not having any network the few people I did speak with. Confided that they or someone they knew was suffering Depression, Anxiety, Anger, PAIN & Sleeplessness. It opened conversations I otherwise wouldn’t have had.

Most of us are using Fish Oil, glucosamine, magnesium, pain killers, sleeping aids, Gingko Biloba or a mixture of all the above plus prescription medication. Without any major shift in Mental well being.

We cope with what we can, as we explore how or if we can improve our quality of life. It can be as simple as online shopping so we don’t have to leave the house. Or exploring work from home options to avoid overwhelm if struggling financially is a concern.

Ordering on line can be something to look forward to. Having access to products that improve well being without having to leave the house can alleviate stress.

Accepting an invitation to join a zoom meeting. (Your video off if you can’t bear that thought) Keep plugging in and learning important information on nutrients to balance gut health & brain chemistry. Crucial in these unprecedented times of stress and uncertainty!

The absence of constant pain or conversely the nothingness. This journey of research and options – slowly brings me back at a pace and time frame I’m able to work with. Offering optimism and possibility.
